"It's pretty good. The only drawback is that the massage spa bath room is on the first floor. It would be better if it could be on a higher floor. In addition, the price of the massage spa bath room is slightly higher"

"There are no lift facilities so it is not convenient to bring out luggages to go upstairs and no box tissues in our room. Also, even though we are gold member of Accor Group but still can’t grant any membership privileges say late check out by one hour 11 am.   Not recommend to come again."

"I booked a 1 bedroom apartment and was quite happy with the place. Apartment was spacious and equipped with basic necessities for our 2 nights stays. Location is not central to the town area. Though the town area is only a 5minutes drive away. Dedicated parking bay provided, so no dramas with the parking. Receptionist was friendly and helpful."

"There was a dead bug in the room, I didn't dare to move it, and I found the bug was still there when I came back the next day. The room was cleaned and only a quilt was folded. The shower gel and conditioner were gone and not replenished. The location is OK"
